I'm not as fit as I would like to be. However, I am fitter than I have every been in my life. I currently go to the gym three times a week for strength training and cycle atleast 10 Kms a day every day. I feel I should do more; but am too lazy to do more.
I am not a gym rat but I love to do an at-home workout or brisk walk around my place with arm weights along with having a gym membership. Having physical fitness hobbies like bike riding and paddle boarding make staying fit fun and effortless.
I enjoy workout classes, pilates and dance classes! I practice a bit of yoga. I really want to get into tennis and golf. I hear they are great to exercise your mind and your body. I'd love to have someone coach me in tennis and golf!
I also eat healthy (: I think it is important to enjoy food, hence why I love fine dining! but I believe being health is also very important and enjoying food and being healthy are both possible.
detoxing. vitamins to replace missing minerals
working out. rest days are okay
less alcohol more water
raw vegetables and fruits
Drink that water! You need it :)
Self care never hurt anyone..
I go to the gym everyday after work.. no matter what time I finish..
Currently trying to increase my weights and reach new personal bests!
Regular exercise and good nutrition and having fun at it! As a fitness trainer I have to do this, but I've been doing it all my life and love helping others get more healthy and fit but have fun at the same time. For me beauty is health, and it last a lifetime.
I recently got into yoga (I know, it's a cliche. Despite what you would think, I'm very bad at it. But it's very therapeutic.) I've been hesitant to return to gyms (although I love working out), so I walk/jog about 7 miles a day and pair that with some yoga.
I don't stay as active as I once was but I do my best to go for walks, ride bikes, eat healthy, and I love to swim. Once my life slows down more, I hope to start working out again - at home - as I love how great I feel.
Mountain bike riding, a little bit of running, swimming, work 40 -50 hours a week in a physically demanding trade, physical training with low weight and high repitition to maintain a toned and cut appearance. Swimmers build
I work out at the gym five to six days a week and have been working out since in my twenties. I like to run and try to run two to three times a week. Also enjoy biking, hiking, exploring. I'm not really sure why SDM is requiring 200 characters minimum but I finally have achieved it.
I hike a LOT, and I do not think I am in shape, but I did realize it was time to make changes on May 8 of this year - when I found myself in the ER with odd symptoms. Iv'e lost over 12 pounds in eight weeks and have a goal of 30 pounds by the end of the year.
I am not TRYING to loose weight, I am simply doing it, because it MUST be done. I am one of those men who cannot get away with 25 or 30 extra pounds. (Long story, we can discuss it later...)
I exercise a few times a week and try to make healthy food choices by keeping things low carb however pasta is my weakness. I have been plant based and vegan in the past and enjoyed the positive effects it had on my body. More recently my habits have sided more toward pescatarian but still eat red meat and chicken occasionally. If we go to a restaurant, I will order water with lemon 100% of the time. I've had less than 5 sodas in my life and pride myself on that haha.
I do the daily routine of core muscular excersice. Also I hike the mountains quite a lot. Sometimes I go swimming or bicycling just to get a break from the mountain hike routine.
Would like to go more to the gym, though. It's been too much work lately.
Yoga!!!! I also love hiking, walking, swimming, and light weight lifting. I taught yoga classes at a studio for a few years. Im also a vegetarian and I love all veggies and fruits. My favorite foods are sushi, hummus, and all fruits!
I work out and enjoy outside activities (in good weather) I do not like the extreme heat. I cook most of my own food when I'm solo but I enjoy eating out whenever I can. Everything in moderation, especially carbs. :)
